Oral Presentations

• Plenary Lectures: Scheduled in 45-minute slots. Presentations should last 40 minutes, leaving time for discussion.
• Keynote Lectures: Scheduled for 30 minutes total, including introduction and questions.
• Oral Presentations: Allocated 15 minutes total, including introduction and discussion (12 minutes talk + 3 minutes questions).
• Flash Oral presentation: Allocated 5 minutes total
  
• Presenters will have access to the conference room computer and projection system for their slides.

 

Poster Presentations

• Posters must not exceed 90 cm (width) × 120 cm (height) (portrait format).
• Poster sessions will run for 2 hours, during which presenting authors are expected to be present at their posters to discuss their work and answer participants’ questions.
