The Opening Ceremony of the XXIX International Symposium on Bioelectrochemistry and Bioenergetics of the Bioelectrochemical Society will take place in the unique venue of the Aula Cossu, the main assembly hall of the University of Bari Aldo Moro, inaugurated on January 15, 1925. The hall is located within the historic Palazzo Ateneo at Via Scipione Crisanzio 1, and features mural paintings by the renowned artists Mario and Guido Prayer.

The Department of Computer Science of the University of Bari Aldo Moro is situated in the Campus Ernesto Quagliariello, approximately 4 km from the historic city center. The campus hosts several departments in the fields of science and technology. It is well connected to the city by public transport: urban bus lines (such as lines 21 and 22) link the campus directly to the central railway station and city center, while additional routes serve nearby districts. The Bari Sud-Est railway stop, on the metropolitan line FR, is located within walking distance (about 10–15 minutes) from the department, ensuring convenient access from other parts of the city and region.
